Join Health Maintenance Inc. as a Medical Technologist/Drug Test Analyst and play a crucial role in our laboratory operations. This position involves collecting, processing, and analyzing biological specimens to ensure accurate test results for drug screening and medical diagnostics. Tanggung Jawab
- Collect and prepare biological specimens (urine, blood, hair) for drug testing and analysis
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including GC-MS, HPLC, and immunoassay analyzers
- Perform chain-of-custody procedures for forensic drug testing specimens
- Document test results accurately in electronic health records and laboratory information systems
- Adhere to CLIA, CAP, and laboratory regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to interpret test results
- Participate in quality assurance programs and proficiency testing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Philippine Medical Technologist license (PRC registration)
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in clinical or forensic laboratory setting
- Certification in drug testing procedures (e.g., SAMHSA guidelines)
- Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS) and electronic documentation
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
