Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, verify, and process biological specimens (urine, blood, etc.) following strict chain-of-custody protocols.
- Perform high-quality drug testing analysis using screening devices and confirmatory diagnostic equipment.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance and accuracy of test results.
- Document all laboratory activities and test outcomes precisely within the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
- Ensure compliance with DOH, OSHA, and company-mandated health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clinical staff regarding sample collection status and urgent diagnostic reporting.
- Participate in regular quality assurance audits and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology (BSMT) or a related field.
- Valid PRC License (Registered Medical Technologist).
- Prior experience in drug testing, toxicology, or clinical chemistry is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time efficiently in a high-volume diagnostic environment.
- Solid understanding of laboratory safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Proficiency in computer-based data entry and laboratory software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Makati City.
