Tanggung Jawab
- Perform and validate clinical laboratory tests including blood counts, cultures, and chemical analyses
- Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment following SOPs and safety protocols
- Document test results accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Assist in quality control procedures and participate in proficiency testing
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to resolve test discrepancies
- Train junior staff on laboratory procedures and equipment operation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for laboratory workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, or related field
- Registration with Singapore's Ministry of Health as a Medical Technologist
- 1-2 years of clinical laboratory experience in a hospital or diagnostic center
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Proficiency in LIS (Laboratory Information Systems) and automated analyzers
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
