Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine laboratory procedures and diagnostic tests on blood, urine, and other bodily fluids.
- Analyze samples using automated and manual laboratory equipment.
- Maintain and sterilize laboratory instruments and work areas to ensure safety and hygiene.
- Prepare specimens for testing and document test results accurately in electronic records.
- Adhere to strict quality control and safety protocols during all testing procedures.
- Assist in the training of junior laboratory staff if required.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the laboratory.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or a related field.
- Must be a licensed Medical Technologist (Philippine Regulatory Board).
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques, hematology, and microbiology.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and handle emergency cases.
