Tanggung Jawab
- Perform complex clinical laboratory procedures in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and serology.
- Analyze, interpret, and report diagnostic test results accurately to medical staff.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot sophisticated laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Enforce strict quality control protocols and laboratory safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and procurement of laboratory supplies and reagents.
- Prepare and review laboratory reports for clinical and administrative purposes.
- Participate in the training and supervision of laboratory staff and interns.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support disease surveillance and public health monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License as a Medical Technologist.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong proficiency in modern laboratory information systems (LIS) and digital record keeping.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proven knowledge of biosafety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Effective communication skills and a commitment to professional integrity.
- Must meet all Civil Service eligibility requirements for government appointments.
