Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and complex laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and serology, ensuring high accuracy and precision.
- Analyze patient specimens and report test results to physicians and other healthcare professionals in a timely manner.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs to comply with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior laboratory staff, providing guidance on technical procedures and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents, ensuring adequate stock levels for daily operations.
- Document all laboratory findings accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology (MT) or related field.
- Must be a Registered Medical Technologist (RMt) licensed by the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC).
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using laboratory information systems (LIS) and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with healthcare teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
