Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct lectures and laboratory demonstrations in Medical Technology subjects such as Hematology, Microbiology, and Clinical Chemistry.
- Design and update course syllabi, lesson plans, and laboratory manuals to align with current industry standards.
- Supervise and evaluate students during laboratory sessions and clinical rotations to ensure competency.
- Mentor students, providing academic guidance and career counseling related to the medical field.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development committees, and academic events.
- Assess student performance through examinations, practical exams, and research projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology (MT) or a related medical field.
- Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) Licensed Medical Technologist.
- At least 1 to 2 years of teaching experience in a higher education institution.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with modern laboratory diagnostic equipment and testing procedures.
- Must be available to start and complete the Academic Year 2026-2027.
