Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
- Monitor patient progress and modify rehabilitation protocols as needed.
- Provide patient education regarding injury prevention and home care strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in compliance with hospital standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or Medical Therapy.
- Registered or provisionally registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
- Minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Commitment to professional development and continuing medical education (CME).
