Tanggung Jawab
- Listen to voice recordings of medical professionals and accurately transcribe them into electronic medical records (EMR).
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance and data privacy regulations at all times.
- Review and edit drafts for medical terminology, spelling, punctuation, and grammar accuracy.
- Identify and flag inconsistencies or missing information in medical reports for clarification.
- Meet daily production quotas while ensuring high-quality output.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance transcription speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to refine documentation processes.
