Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze, draft, and manage Medicare Part D member communications, including Evidence of Coverage (EOC) and Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) documents.
- Ensure 100% compliance with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) regulatory standards and internal quality protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the document review and approval process.
- Monitor inventory of printed and digital materials to ensure adequate supply for member enrollment and annual cycles.
- Conduct regular audits of member-facing collateral to ensure data integrity and branding consistency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in material production cycles.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal print shops to ensure timely distribution of critical documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicare Part D operations or a highly regulated documentation environment.
- Strong working knowledge of CMS guidelines and healthcare compliance standards.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and document management software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
