Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs on computerized sewing machines
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical malfunctions to minimize production downtime
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules according to manufacturer specifications
- Train machine operators on proper usage and troubleshooting procedures
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of spare parts
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience with computerized sewing machines
- Technical diploma/certificate in mechanical engineering or related field
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems
- Familiarity with sewing machine brands like Brother, Juki, or Pegasus
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy for machine software interfaces
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required
