Tanggung Jawab
- Execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns within the assigned Iloilo territory.
- Process member applications, loans, and other financial documentation with high accuracy.
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to members regarding inquiries, account status, and product offerings.
- Maintain and update member records in the central database to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for branch management.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve member concerns and facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment for all visiting members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, retail, or the banking/finance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Iloilo area for marketing activations if required.
