Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential members to drive facility membership growth.
- Conduct professional facility tours, effectively showcasing our amenities, equipment, and unique value proposition.
- Listen to prospective members' fitness goals and provide personalized membership solutions that align with their needs.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by following up on leads and managing the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Collaborate with the training and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
- Regularly update the CRM system with accurate lead data, activity logs, and follow-up schedules.
- Participate in local marketing events and community outreach programs to boost the KYZN brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, membership consulting, or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales performance targets.
- High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for the sports and wellness industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to accommodate facility operating hours.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English.
