As a Membership Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between the club and our valued members. Your primary mission is to ensure a seamless administrative experience for all members, from the initial application process through to long-term engagement. This role requires a blend of administrative precision and exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain the world-class standards of our country club environment.
In this position, you will work closely with the Membership Department to manage records, handle sensitive inquiries, and facilitate club activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end processing of new membership applications and renewals with high accuracy.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive member database, ensuring all contact information and billing details are current.
- Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate billing of membership dues and fees.
- Assist in the preparation of membership reports, statistics, and presentations for management review.
- Support the planning and execution of member-exclusive events, tournaments, and club activities.
- Issue and manage membership identification cards and access credentials.
- Address and resolve member concerns or grievances with a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or membership relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential member information.
- Willingness to work in Lipa City and availability to work occasionally on weekends for club events.
