Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the membership database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues promptly.
- Organize and coordinate youth development programs, events, and workshops.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve member retention and satisfaction rates.
- Assist in the marketing and promotion of membership packages to new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to provide feedback and improve service delivery.
- Prepare monthly reports on membership trends, feedback, and sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Passion for youth development, community engagement, and helping others.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
