Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with walk-in prospects and online leads to showcase club benefits.
- Conduct professional club tours, highlighting the value of Anytime Fitness amenities.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual and team membership sales targets.
- Manage the lead pipeline effectively through CRM tools, follow-up calls, and outreach.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility in Davao City.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized club atmosphere for all members.
- Assist in administrative tasks including member enrollment, billing inquiries, and onboarding.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail sales, membership sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently to meet targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital lead management tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
