Are you a seasoned web developer with a passion for shaping the next generation of tech talent? Ioda Academy, powered by PT Talenta Edukasi Sekumpul, is looking for an expert Mentor for AI-Integrated Web Programming to join our team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional web development and modern AI tools, helping students master cutting-edge coding workflows.
You will play a pivotal role in guiding learners through high-impact projects, providing technical code reviews, and demonstrating how to leverage Artificial Intelligence (such as LLMs and AI-assisted coding tools) to build efficient, scalable web applications. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver high-quality, project-based curriculum focused on AI-augmented Web Programming.
- Provide personalized mentorship and technical guidance to students via virtual sessions and forums.
- Conduct code reviews, offering actionable feedback on security, performance, and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops on integrating AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenAI API) into standard development lifecycles.
- Evaluate student progress through practical assignments and capstone projects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and machine learning to keep content relevant.
- Foster a collaborative and engaging online learning environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack Web Development (MERN/PERN stack preferred).
- Proficient in modern web frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Node.js).
- Deep understanding of AI/LLM integration in software development workflows.
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills—the ability to explain complex concepts simply is a must.
- Experience in technical mentoring, teaching, or leading coding bootcamps is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and passion for education technology.
- Ability to commit to flexible freelance hours per the academy's schedule.
