Tanggung Jawab
- Create and maintain detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) BIM models using industry-standard software
- Perform clash detection and coordination between MEP systems and architectural structures
- Generate 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documentation from BIM models
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to resolve technical conflicts
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and international BIM standards
- Update models based on design revisions and field observations
- Train junior staff on BIM workflows and software best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling for construction projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies
- Certification in BIM management or MEP design (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
- Experience with clash detection and coordination workflows
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating MEP BIM project implementations
