Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) for MEP systems based on technical drawings and BOQ
- Analyze mechanical, electrical, and plumbing specifications to determine accurate material and labor costs
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design ambiguities affecting cost estimates
- Conduct market research to obtain current pricing for construction materials and equipment
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost breakdowns for project bidding
- Review subcontractor bids and negotiate cost-effective procurement strategies
- Update cost databases and historical project data for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP cost estimation for construction projects
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical skills with attention to mathematical precision
- Deep understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction standards (SNI) and procurement processes
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Certification in cost estimation (e.g., CCE, PMP) is advantageous
