Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor subcontractor execution of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Conduct daily site inspections to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to resolve technical issues and implement design changes
- Manage on-site resources including materials, equipment, and labor to optimize productivity
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress reports, inspection records, and incident reports
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA and local construction regulations
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in MEP construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and industry standards
- Certification in project management (PMP) or construction safety (OSHA) preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings (CAD/BIM) and project documentation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with subcontractor management and contract administration
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Tabanan region
