Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning for luxury villa, hospitality, and mixed-use developments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment
- Review and approve MEP technical specifications, drawings, and documentation
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for MEP components
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of MEP equipment and materials
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of MEP management experience in construction or real estate
- Proven track record with luxury villa or hospitality projects
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and MEP best practices
- Advanced proficiency in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent project management and team leadership abilities
- Problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
