Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the implementation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems in Tier 4 Data Centres
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and industry standards
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and quality control records
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems in data center environments
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and budget, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in data center environments
- Knowledge of Tier 4 data center standards and best practices
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in critical facilities
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is highly desirable
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management systems
