Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate MEP project design, installation, and commissioning phases
- Manage contractor relationships and ensure adherence to technical specifications
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance for mechanical/electrical systems
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes and safety regulations
- Resolve technical conflicts between engineering disciplines
- Prepare detailed project documentation and progress reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of MEP project management experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar BIM software
- Knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, and local building codes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects
