Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end ownership of MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA)
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution
- Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and risk assessments
- Develop detailed MEP documentation including drawings, specifications, and BIM models
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of system inefficiencies
- Mentor junior engineers and foster continuous improvement culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering or related field
- 5+ years MEP specialization in commercial/residential construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems
- Certification in MEP project management (e.g., PMP, LEED AP)
- Experience with tropical climate-specific engineering challenges
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
