Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate MEP installation activities across multiple construction sites in Bali
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models for compliance and feasibility
- Manage resource allocation and workflow optimization for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams
- Enforce strict safety standards and conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Resolve technical conflicts between MEP systems and other construction disciplines
- Prepare progress reports, cost analyses, and documentation for project stakeholders
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and technical standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of MEP supervision experience in construction projects
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using MEP software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and international MEP standards
- Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional technical teams
- Certification in MEP project management or relevant engineering discipline
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for technical documentation
