Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in luxury villas
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, implementing effective solutions
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and conduct necessary repairs
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards
- Prepare maintenance reports and document all repairs and system upgrades
- Coordinate with other maintenance staff and villa management teams
- Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and supplies
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an MEP technician, preferably in hospitality or villa maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and plumbing systems
- Certification in relevant technical areas is highly desirable
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
