Join DWI Putra Sakti as a Merchandise Inventory Control (Merchandiser) and become a key driver in our retail supply chain excellence. This critical role bridges production planning and sales execution through strategic collaboration with our R&D and Merchandising Division teams. You'll optimize inventory distribution, align stock levels with market demand, and directly contribute to achieving sales targets while minimizing waste and maximizing profitability. In this position, you'll analyze consumption patterns, forecast inventory needs, and implement data-driven strategies to ensure product availability across our retail network. Your expertise will help streamline our supply chain, reduce holding costs, and enhance customer satisfaction through consistent product availability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with R&D and Merchandising Division to align production plans with existing stock levels
- Monitor and optimize inventory distribution across retail channels
- Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust inventory accordingly
- Develop strategies to maximize sales through optimal stock allocation
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely product replenishment
- Generate inventory reports and performance metrics for management review
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through inventory optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in inventory management or merchandising
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Logistics)
- Knowledge of retail inventory control principles and practices
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Problem-solving abilities in supply chain optimization
