- Develop and implement comprehensive merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform product selection and assortment planning
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing carrying costs
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and vendors to enhance product margins
- Create and execute promotional campaigns and in-store displays to enhance customer experience
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of merchandising professionals

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in retail management software and inventory systems
