At Satellite Office, we are looking for a results-driven professional who will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandise strategies that maximize sales, minimize stock shortages, and ensure optimal inventory levels across our retail locations.
As a key member of our merchandising team, you will collaborate closely with buying, store operations, and finance departments to analyze market trends, forecast demand, and create compelling product collections that resonate with our target customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute merchandise plans aligned with sales targets and seasonal trends
- Analyze sales data, market research, and fashion trends to inform buying decisions
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Collaborate with buying teams to select optimal product assortments
- Prepare detailed reports on sell-through rates, stock coverage, and future projections
- Manage allocation and replenishment strategies across retail locations
- Establish strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement in merchandise planning processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in merchandise planning, buying, or retail planning roles
- Strong background in retail or footwear industry is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or inventory management systems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in an onsite setting in Ortigas, Metro Manila
