- Plan and execute visually engaging product displays and promotional arrangements
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation and replenishment
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and merchandising goals
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Train retail staff on proper merchandising techniques and brand standards
- Analyze sales data to inform display optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with company merchandising guidelines and promotional calendars
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Marketing, or Retail preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or visual display
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and consumer behavior
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and visual aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with store teams and vendors
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
