Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain optimal product visibility by strategically arranging merchandise displays according to company standards and guidelines
- Organize and set up attractive product displays, end caps, and promotional zones to maximize product exposure and drive customer engagement
- Monitor and manage stock levels across assigned store locations, ensuring timely replenishment and preventing stockouts
- Collaborate with store management and sales teams to implement merchandising plans and coordinate product launches
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess display conditions, inventory status, and compliance with merchandising guidelines
- Report inventory discrepancies, out-of-stock situations, and competitive activities to the management team
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming merchandise shipments
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational course in related field is an advantage
- Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or store operations is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, walk moderate distances, and lift products up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and understanding numerical data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with store teams
- Valid driver's license (Motorcycle or Car) for travel to various store locations
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed
