Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain relationships with Indonesian suppliers to ensure timely and compliant procurement
- Process purchase orders and coordinate delivery schedules for product lines
- Implement and maintain accurate product filing systems and documentation protocols
- Oversee sample collection, review, and management for quality assurance
- Update and maintain procurement system data with real-time inventory information
- Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and compliance standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve procurement bottlenecks
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in merchandising or procurement operations
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems
- Strong negotiation skills with Indonesian suppliers and vendors
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of retail consumer product categories and market trends
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
