Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all products are correctly displayed, priced, and front-faced according to company planograms.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supervisors to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with store managers and personnel.
- Execute promotional displays and marketing campaigns to boost product visibility.
- Conduct regular site visits to audit stock rotation and ensure adherence to retail standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily sales and inventory reports to management.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities within the assigned territory.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail merchandising, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Iloilo area as required by route assignments.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and retail software.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
