Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the sales team to replenish products as needed.
- Implement promotional displays and planograms according to company guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff.
- Report competitor activities and market trends to management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in display areas.
- Manage inventory accuracy and assist in stock-taking processes.
- Provide training to in-store personnel on product knowledge and display standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in retail or merchandising is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within Kota Kinabalu and surrounding areas.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred.
