Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute effective product displays and shelf arrangements to maximize visibility and sales
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked on shelves
- Implement promotional plans and ensure promotional materials are properly displayed
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and merchandising standards
- Collaborate with store management to optimize product placement according to sales data
- Ensure all products are priced correctly and promotional signage is in place
- Report on merchandising activities and provide recommendations for improvement
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or a similar role is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of retail merchandising principles and practices
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with store personnel
- Physically able to lift and move products as required
