As a Merchandiser, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating visually appealing product displays that drive sales and enhance customer experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Report daily to Sales Manager/Sales Supervisor regarding promotional activities and achievements
- Execute standard display guidelines and ensure proper product placement in retail outlets
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to the sales team
- Set up promotional materials and point-of-sale displays according to company specifications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability and visual standards
- Collect and report competitor activities and market feedback to the sales team
- Implement seasonal and promotional campaigns effectively across assigned locations
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with preference given to candidates with retail experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with store personnel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following company guidelines
- Basic knowledge of retail merchandising principles and visual display techniques
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driving license with own transportation for store visits across Kota Bharu
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as required
- Physical ability to lift and carry products up to 10kg as needed
