Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust buying strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of product movements and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met in retail stores.
- Support the buying operations team in sourcing and selecting new product lines.
- Manage product distribution across various retail and e-commerce platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or retail operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and supply chain processes.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a focus on detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or Retail Management is a plus.
