Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor inventory levels consistently and ensure timely replenishment of products on the sales floor.
- Maintain organized and clean product displays in accordance with company visual merchandising guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product locations and inquiries.
- Execute promotional setups and seasonal display changes accurately to drive sales.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies or damaged goods to management.
- Collaborate with the store team to streamline the transition of goods from the warehouse to the shelves.
- Monitor competitor pricing and display trends to provide feedback to the sales team.
- Ensure all products are correctly tagged with the latest pricing and promotional information.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Degree; a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail/sales role is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.
- Physical stamina to handle stock replenishment and remain standing for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles and retail math.
- Keen attention to detail and a creative eye for product presentation.
