In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our high-quality pharmaceutical products are prominently displayed and readily available in our key pharmacy accounts throughout the area.
As the face of our brand in retail spaces, you will utilize your keen eye for detail to maximize product visibility and optimize shelf space. You will work closely with store managers to maintain high standards of stock availability and organization, directly contributing to increased sales and overall brand presence. Your efforts will help streamline the customer experience by ensuring our products are always easy to find and purchase.

Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure product visibility and maintain attractive displays in assigned pharmacy accounts.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Restock shelves and adjust product placement according to planograms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and pharmacy staff.
- Report on merchandising compliance and inventory status accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote new product launches.
- Ensure all pricing and promotional materials are correctly displayed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily sales route.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are highly desirable.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry.
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed.
