Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely product delivery.
- Ensure retail displays and product presentations align with brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to optimize stock levels.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising compliance and product condition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify best-selling items and promotional opportunities.
- Manage stock replenishment and perform cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in any field of study.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, retail management, or apparel production.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
