Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the merchandising team to achieve production targets and meet client quality standards.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams including production, quality control, procurement, and logistics to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Manage the entire life cycle of garment orders, from sampling and material sourcing to final shipment.
- Monitor and analyze production timelines, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to avoid delays.
- Communicate effectively with international and domestic buyers to ensure accurate interpretation of product specifications.
- Conduct regular cost-analysis to maintain profitability while ensuring quality is never compromised.
- Prepare regular reports on production status, material consumption, and overall department performance for upper management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in garment merchandising, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, and the full production process.
- Strong command of written and spoken English is mandatory for international communication.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, and experienced with ERP or production management software.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to be based in Cikarang, Jawa Barat.
