- Lead strategic buying for phone category including product selection, assortment planning, and inventory optimization
- Conduct supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and exclusive product offerings
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize margins while remaining competitive
- Design data-driven promotional campaigns aligned with sales targets and seasonal trends
- Analyze sales performance, market data, and consumer insights to refine category strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive product launches

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management
- 3+ years of experience in merchandising, procurement, or retail buying
- Fluency in Mandarin and English for effective supplier communication
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales data interpretation
- Proven track record in supplier negotiations and contract management
- Experience with retail management software and inventory systems
