Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor inventory levels and sales data to inform purchasing decisions and stock replenishment
- Develop data-driven merchandising strategies aligned with fashion trends and consumer preferences
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and negotiate favorable terms
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and seasonal demands to optimize product assortments
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce carrying costs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional plans that drive product turnover
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and category profitability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail buying or merchandising within the fashion industry
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel for data analysis
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales trends and market data
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for supplier relationships
- Keen understanding of fashion retail cycles and consumer behavior patterns
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
