Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor product visibility and inventory levels across assigned retail outlets in Cirebon.
- Execute and maintain high standards of visual merchandising to enhance product appeal and drive sales.
- Coordinate closely with store managers and sales teams to ensure promotional activities are executed correctly and on time.
- Analyze sales data and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for product placement.
- Collect regular market feedback and report any inventory shortages, damages, or out-of-stock situations.
- Ensure strict adherence to company branding guidelines and visual standards.
- Assist in organizing store visits and training sessions for retail staff regarding product features.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in merchandising, retail sales, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical products or medical supplies is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with store personnel.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel within the Cirebon area as required by the job scope.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) is a significant advantage.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
