Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of products across designated retail locations.
- Execute visual merchandising plans and ensure adherence to brand standards and promotional setups.
- Negotiate for prime shelf space and display areas with store managers to maximize product visibility.
- Analyze sales data and inventory reports to identify trends, slow-moving items, and restocking needs.
- Coordinate the delivery, installation, and rotation of POS materials, signage, and promotional displays.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with store personnel to facilitate smooth operations.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure pricing accuracy, freshness of stock, and compliance with company policies.
- Report market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
Kualifikasi
- College Graduate (Associate or Bachelor's degree) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail / FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with store partners.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple product lines and store assignments efficiently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Davao City and neighboring areas for store visits.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Suite) for reporting.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own motorcycle is a strong plus.
