You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, managing inventory flow, and implementing visual merchandising strategies that align with our brand identity. Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan and implement effective visual merchandising displays to boost product visibility and drive sales.
  • Analyze inventory levels and sales reports to ensure optimal stock availability across all retail branches.
  • Collaborate with store managers and suppliers to coordinate promotional activities and seasonal product launches.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable insights for product placement.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure brand consistency and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
  • Manage stock replenishment processes to minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Generate and present regular performance reports to management regarding category sales and inventory turnover.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or inventory management, preferably within the pharmacy or FMCG sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail management software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel between retail outlets within the Kuala Lumpur region as required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
