Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive merchandise plans aligned with seasonal trends and sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and inventory performance to identify growth opportunities and stock movement trends.
- Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards of apparel lines.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to minimize overstocking and stock-outs across retail channels.
- Conduct regular market research to monitor competitor activities and emerging fashion trends.
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align product launches with promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in apparel merchandising or retail operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and stakeholder management.
- Deep passion for the fashion industry and keen awareness of current market trends.
- High level of organization and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
