Tanggung Jawab
- Manage stock availability and inventory levels across assigned supermarket outlets
- Execute in-store merchandising strategies including planogram compliance and product placement
- Drive promotional campaigns and ensure promotional materials are effectively displayed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store management and staff
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product displays and stock conditions
- Provide timely reports on sales performance, stock levels, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve category sales targets and objectives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of merchandising experience in FMCG or retail sector
- Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple store locations
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and merchandising tools
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for island-wide coverage
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
