We are currently on the lookout for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Merchandiser to join our dynamic retail operations team in Singapore. In this role, you will be the brand ambassador for our well-loved brands (e.g., Dr. P, Tempo, Tork) within your allocated territory in the West Region. You will report to the Area Sales Manager and work closely with retail store personnel to maximize product visibility and sales potential. You will enjoy a high gross pay structure and the flexibility of an island-wide role, currently focused on the Western sector.
Your main objective will be to maintain top-notch merchandising standards. This involves ensuring shelves are fully stocked, building eye-catching product displays, rotating stock to maintain freshness, and conducting regular store audits to track inventory, pricing, and competitor activity. You will initiate corrective actions and communicate insights back to the management team to optimize our in-store strategies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily merchandising activities in assigned retail stores (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores) within the West Region.
- Ensure optimal shelf management, including stock rotation, facing, and replenishment of Vinda products.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and retail staff to secure premium shelf space and display areas.
- Execute promotional plans and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor competitor activities, product pricing, and market trends, providing detailed feedback to the sales team.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks to prevent out-of-stock situations and minimize waste.
- Report daily activities, store performance, and issues identified using company mobile applications or reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards and safety guidelines at all store locations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or store management within the FMCG sector.
- Candidates without experience but possess a strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license (an advantage, but not required as traveling is done via public transport or company-provided means).
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and handle light to moderate lifting of stock.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
