- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability
- Conduct regular store visits to maintain product presentation standards
- Collect and report competitive pricing and promotional information
- Train store staff on product features and merchandising best practices
- Collaborate with retail partners to optimize shelf space and product visibility
- Analyze sales data and provide recommendations for merchandising improvements
- Ensure all promotional materials are properly displayed and up-to-date
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail sales, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits
